Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $39. For orders under $39, a flat shipping fee of $9.9 will be applied. We use reliable logistics partners (such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) to provide door-to-door delivery service. Most areas are covered with the mentioned rates, but remote areas may incur additional charges. If you have special delivery requirements, please note them when placing your order or contact customer service.

We offer a 14-day worry-free return service. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving the item. Unused products in original packaging can receive a full refund, while products with signs of use may incur a restocking fee. Custom products cannot be returned unless there are quality issues.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refund processing typically takes 1-3 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Credit card refunds may take an additional 7-15 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s policies.
